English Language Academy

The English Language Academy (ELA) opened its doors in 1988 and is an accredited founder founding member of FELTOM (Federation of English Language Teaching Organisation of Malta). Thanks to its contained size, the English Language Academy offers all the services of its larger counterparts but in a more personalised and friendly atmosphere.

The comprehensive English language courses offered cover six levels of proficiency and run all year round, with last minute bookings usually available too. The experienced teachers are fully qualified and committed to the learning experience of the school's students. Students at the English Language Academy are placed in small groups depending on their level, age and nationality. The school is fully air-conditioned and includes various facilities including a computer lab and free WiFi internet services.

The English Language Academy also offers a full leisure programme. Students of all ages combine their English learning with a memorable holiday, from pleasant days by the sea to fascinating tours of Malta's many historical and cultural attractions.

Accommodation can be arranged at the school residence or any of the various hotels, self-catering apartments and host families in the area. Sliema, and its neighbouring St. Julian's, are Malta's prime resorts with a multitude of entertainment venues all within easy reach... restaurants, cafes, clubs, bars, shopping malls, beaches and lidos, cinema and much more.
