Sprachcaffe Malta is located in St. Julian's, a former fishing village which, over the years, has become very picturesque and where you can stroll through the historic centre, explore the idyllic harbor or simply relax in comfortable bars. Sprachcaffe Malta Club Village - Sprachcaffe's pride and joy - has a pool, is surrounded by beautiful gardens, and shares the village's rural charm. Language students from all over the world have enjoyed studying in the shade of the trees and relaxing in the pool since 1992. Following its modernization in 2009, the facility now has 23 air-conditioned indoor and 6 outdoor classrooms with disabled access, and completely renovated Comfort apartments. During their free time students can enjoy a meal at the associated restaurant, join the recreational program or a guided tour, or play beach volleyball or billiards in the resort. Alternatively, they could participate in water sports; they could, for example, go diving with the associated diving school, situated next to the resort.
Sprachcaffe Malta offers a wide range of language courses for teenagers as well as adults. Standard courses, intensive courses, business language courses or academic courses can be booked according to individual requirements. It is also possible to take private lessons, which can, by themselves, make up a full course, or be used to complement a group course. All Sprachcaffe Malta language courses have a maximum of 10 students per class who are taught by qualified, native speakers. Classes are based on 'the principle of conversation', which is put into practice through intensive training in structured role-play, guided dialogs, listening and reading cultural, social, and political essays and articles related to Malta.
Sprachcaffe students can choose from three accommodation options: they can stay with a host family, in a shared apartment, or in a studio. While living with a host family students can interact with local people and thus learn about their way of life while practicing the language they learned in class. The apartments located at the Sprachcaffe Village Club are shared with a maximum of six students; studios are equipped with an en-suite bathroom and a kitchenette. In addition to being able to choose self-catered accommodation, students can also book breakfast, half board or full board, their food being served in the on-site restaurant. A laundry facility, common rooms with a TV and DVD player, Internet access and W-LAN are also available in the Village Club for Sprachcaffe students.
Sprachcaffe Languages PLUS is regularly inspected by various local and international institutions which have a common objective of guaranteeing high standards and quality of language courses. Sprachcaffe is accredited by ALTO (Association of Language Travel Organisations), ASILS (Associazione Scuole D'Italiano come Lingua Seconda), the BRITISH COUNCIL, ENGLISH UK, FDSV (German Association of Language Travel Organisations), FELTOM (Federation of English Language Teaching Organisations in Malta), ISO (International Organization of Standardization) and WYSE (World Youth Student & Educational).
