Doing a first dive in Malta is one of the island's unmissable activities. This is why we offer you a complete program so that this experience remains unforgettable. We organize sessions every day in the afternoon, lasting 3 hours. Meet at the diving club at 2 p.m. to meet your instructor, complete the formalities and try on your diving equipment. Departure to the dive site, located in St. Paul's Bay for a briefing with a complete presentation of your equipment, safety rules and diving techniques. Our experienced instructors will teach you basic exercises such as breathing underwater, cleaning your regulator and emptying your mask to enjoy and explore the seabed in complete peace of mind for more than 40 minutes. Scuba diving is a wonderful sport which requires for your safety to know how to SWIM, to be in good health and in good physical condition. If you suffer from one of the health problems mentioned, you must obtain a medical certificate of no contraindications to the practice of scuba diving from your doctor before the activity (diabetes, epilepsy, cholesterol, surgical operation in the last 12 months, narcolepsy, tension, ear or sinus problems, heart or lung problems, asthma, disability, panic attack...etc). Book in advance as we have limited places. !!
