De Robertis restaurant is the rooftop restaurant of Castille Hotel in Valletta which occupies a four hundred year old palace that belonged to a prominent figure during the Maltese reign of the Knights of St John.
The stand out factor of De Robertis has got to be the outstanding view. Perched above Auberge de Castille and the Upper Barrakka Gardens, the restaurant offers panoramic views of Valletta, the Grand Harbour, surrounding towns and beyond.
