The largest and most popular of Malta's gardens, even with locals and especially families, are the San Anton gardens adjacent to the President's palace, with its evocative fountains, ponds, trees and flora. However, there are a number of other gardens well worth a visit. There are a concentration of pretty public gardens around the Floriana area (located just outside the walls of the capital Valletta).
